With the development of society and the improvement of people's material and cultural living standards,high-quality preschool education has become the general demand of the public.In recent years,the country is in the period of standardizing the mechanism and mode of preschool education.With the rapid development of preschool education in China,a large number of high-quality preschool teachers are gradually put on the agenda.As an important part of Vocational education,secondary vocational education pays attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability and the construction of practical teaching system adapted to the requirements of Vocational posts,which is the key to cultivate high-quality talents,and is also the focus of teaching reform of preschool education specialty in secondary vocational education.On the basis of systematically combing the research of practical teaching at home and abroad,this study,based on the competency-based theory,constructivism theory and the concept of "full practice" curriculum,deals with the five aspects of "professional practice teaching objectives","professional practice teaching content and implementation","professional practice teaching evaluation","professional practice teaching guarantee" and "professional practice teaching management".A questionnaire survey was conducted among 120 students from the Ministry of Pre-school Education of Beijing Xingtai Modern Vocational School.Three professional teachers,three managers of practical teaching in Colleges and universities,nine students and three leaders of relevant cooperative preschool education institutions were interviewed.The present situation of the construction and operation of professional practice teaching in the Ministry of Pre-school Education of Taiwanese Modern Vocational Schools is investigated empirically.he result of the investigation shows that the basic teaching system and operation mechanism have been established in the professional practice teaching of the Ministry of Pre-school Education of Xingtai Modern Vocational School in Hebei Province,but there are also some problems as follows: unclear goal setting of professional practice teaching;incomplete content system setting of professional practice teaching;insufficient time for professional practice teaching and inadequate guidance;and inadequate evaluation of professional practice teaching.The implementation platform of professional practice teaching can not meet the needs of teaching.The reasons for the problems are analyzed from three aspects: the unclear concept of professional practical teaching,the need to strengthen the construction of practical teaching management team and system,and the shortage of practical teaching teachers.Accordingly,the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward: the preschool education specialty in this school should study the concept of pre-school education personnel training in secondary vocational schools;construct a multi-dimensional practical teaching objective system;construct a hierarchical and structured practical teaching content and implementation system from five modules: curriculum practice,in-school practical training,activity practice,off-campus educational practice and social practice;The three-in-one practical teaching management system of organizational management,teaching quality monitoring and teaching incentive should be established,and a diversified evaluation mechanism of professional practical teaching and a perfect guarantee system of practical teaching should be established.
