Chinese and minority language bilingual talents are urgently needed at present,the cultivation of bilingual talents is not only an important basis to speed up economic and social development in ethnic minority areas,but also the mission of national institutions of higher learning.As a new type of talents training mode,order-based training mode has been widely used in vocational education,but it is a new subject in the field of higher education.Some colleges and universities try to adopt the order-based training mode to carry out the cultivation of Chinese and minority language bilingual talents,and have achieved good results.The study on the mode and evaluation system has pertinence and maneuverability,can improve the guiding mode continuously,and provide ideas for the practical problems.Based on an analysis of the theoretical basis and practical basis of the implementation with order-based training model for bilingual talents,and two cases of the ethnic minority staffs training in Yunnan province and bilingual teachers’education plan in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the thesis analyzes the problem of order-based bilingual talents training model,and puts forward some measures,in order to guide the bilingual talents training mode better carried out in general colleges and universities.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced to evaluate the training mode of bilingual order talents based on CIPP mode,to guide the improvement and consummation of the bilingual order-based training mode.Through the study of order-based training mode and evaluation of Chinese and minority language bilingual talents,the necessity and feasibility of the mode are analyzed.The study can guide the training mode reform and provide some decision-making reference for the colleges and universities,especially the national colleges.
