Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Social Organization Cultivation

As national policy constantly promotes and supports the development of community social organizations,it gradually changes in community governance.With regard to social good governance,the development of community-based social organizations has become a key force in providing professional experience as a key participant in social contribution and enhancing the development of community management.This research mainly uses qualitative research methods and takes the organizations cultivated in the Jinan S community social work project as the research object.The information is taken from the experience of a teacher internship in the development of social community organizations.Participatory research methods,such as monitoring,unstructured interviews,and documentation methods,interviews with interviews with staff involved in the organization and other research on organizational development.The study found that the involvement of social work in the cultivation process of is mainly reflected in three stages:one is the preparation stage for establishing needs analysis and formulating cultivation plans to lay the foundation for the establishment of community social organizations;the second step is a development phase aimed at improving the quality of community organization through the perspectives of volunteers,organizational leaders and the way of life of the community;the third is the perfect stage of complete organization and operation and filing.After professional social work is participate in the nurture of organizations,its advantages are manifested in the advantages of improving residents' ability to participate in construction,promoting the development of independent communities,and increasing the capabilities of social workers and the organization's practical professionalism.But at the same time,they are also faced with challenges such as the inconsistency of professional capabilities and expected results,unclear role positioning,weak sustainability of organizational development,and irregular supervision of social work institutions.At the end of the article,it is proposed that the government,social work and organizations should proceed from themselves and face the challenges in the process together.The government must improve relevant policies in terms of talent support and service mechanisms;social workers themselves must improve their professional capabilities and increase their sense of identity;social work planning should strengthen the monitoring and cleaning of the social work environment.The organization must develop the capacity of its members,unity within the organization and direct the organization to participate in the public affairs of the community.
