Since the establishment of China,China's primary and secondary schools music education have gained rapid development.Music Education plays an essential role in school education and has an immeasurable effect on the whole quality education.However,the development of education is not balanced.This imbalance leads to differences in the development of music education gradually increased,especially in the urban and rural areas.The author as a front-line teacher has gained deep understanding and experiences of this difference from the teaching process of urban and rural middle schools.With the vigorous development of education,promoting fair education,narrowing the gap between urban and rural education,how to narrow the gap between urban and rural education,and promote the balanced development of music education in a right way has become an important topic.In this paper,the differences in Xiangyin urban and rural school music education were selected as an example.Based on the educational equity Xiangyin Wenxing middle school and Xiangyin Linzikou middle school as the research object to make a comparative analysis.From the perspective of educational opportunity equity,this paper collected two schools with teaching materials,teaching staffs,educational objects,and then compared the difference between the two schools in music education opportunities.From the perspective of process of education fairness,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the actual situation of the two schools to find out the differences.It includes three aspects: school music teaching aims,music teaching measures and music teaching contents.This study based on the comparative analysis of two different types of JuniorMiddle School in Xiangyin county in music education,and combining the education fair theory to reduce the music education difference in Xiangyin urban and rural middle schools.In addition,this thesis provides a series of suggestions to promote the fair results of education,including the balanced allocation of educational resources,the fair music education opportunity,optimized teaching ideas and the fair music education process.
