Research On The Cooperation Between Social Work Organizations And Enterprises From The Perspective Of Resource Development

Social work organizations of Guangzhou based on the funds of government's purchase of services and policy support.However,it has brought more challenges during social work organizations develop more rapidly.Today,most or all of the resources of social work organizations are come from the government.The government is the principle part of the majority of resources.More and more social work organizations became dependent inertly on the resource of government.Nowadays,the corporation between enterprise and social work organization gives the social work organization another chance.In this way,social organizations' independence and autonomy are bound to be challenged by depending only on government's financial support.Therefore,to establish a resource expansion mechanism should be seen as a crucial strategy to respond to the challenge.This paper starts from the perspective of the development of resource of the resource dependence theory.It selected a typical organization F as its object.Participant observation and in-depth interview are the main methods applied in this paper.This paper analyzes the social work organization is how to break the environment of social work organization rely on the government and be interactive between the social work organization and the enterprise.It discusses the model of the social work organization and enterprise cooperation,the problem and solution of the social work organization.The research creates a better environment in the social work organization to make the social work progress.It analyzes the cooperation model between F social work organization and enterprises from the cooperation process and the types in the paper.Through research,this paper found that the process of F social work organization and enterprise cooperation includes resource acquisition,resource matching and resource management.In the early days,the methods of obtaining resources of the F social work organization are mostly referrals of governments or friends because of active recommendation of the F social work organization.In the development days,enterprise plays an active role.The F social work organization will selectenterprises that conform the resource matching principle to cooperate and match resources with the project which they belong.The resource matching principle is the qualifications of the enterprise,the consistency of purpose and consensus of cooperation and advantage combination.F forms unique and effective construction of internal management mechanism,which are building work systems,setting up specialized departments and regulating information communication.F social work organization and enterprise cooperation contains three types,activity,project and strategy cooperation.It also finds the problem of the F social work organization and enterprise cooperation,which are the policy negative impact of the cooperation,the passive role of the social work organization,the problem of the communication of the enterprise,the general and the divisional department of the social work organization,the thought of the social worker.What's more,F forms unique and effective construction strategy of the social work organization and enterprise cooperation in practice,which includes establish a network of resource,strengthen the resource integration construction,constitute information communication mechanism,cultivate professional social worker.
