Investigation And Countermeasure On Tianjin Normal University Sport Development

The20th century, about80years, Outdoor sports from the United States andEurope into China. It is welcomed and loved by college students. In leisure sports ofcolleges and universities are slowly become college students daily exercise andlearning content, and outdoor sports become an important part of leisure sportscollege students with its unique charm, and implement the most effective way ofquality education plan in Colleges and universities.Our research takes100PE teachers and1000regular college students from10universities in Tianjin as respondents. We have consulted large amount of documentsand reference literatures. We interviewed experts, Surveyed on the papers to get ourdata. And we get our results from the statistical data and logic analysis. We examinedthe current situation of outdoor sports in Tianjin’s universities, analyzed the restraintfactor of the development of it and brought forward countermeasures, We want toextend and popularize a healthy development of outdoor sports.The main conclusions are as follows：1. Most of the leaders of the sports department have to understand and love ofoutdoor sports, there is a higher level cognitive level for outdoor sports, but foroutdoor sports support rate is relatively low.2. Most of the students have to understand and compare like outdoor sportsparticipation in outdoor activities, students participate in outdoor sports project, moststudents choose lower technical requirements, the difficulty level is low, equipmentlimitations of smaller projects.3. Outdoor sports Tianjin college in the course of only3, but the7universitieshave set up the outdoor sports associations or clubs, the main project majority,mountaineering, rock climbing, orienteering, bicycle riding.4. Number of teachers in physical education teaching less,Education is not theoutdoor sports professional, is all that is engaged in the teaching work to participate inrelevant training courses, but outdoor sports can be understood and the like, arewilling to engage in outdoor sports teaching.5. Tianjin city has professional climbing wall only one college of construction.The two universities that only a small amount of mountaineering, rock climbingequipment items, and no professional outdoor sports venues, four universities aresimple Orienteering equipment.6. Effect of Tianjin City College outdoor sports factors include: leadershipdecision factors, curriculum, teachers, participation factors factors of facilities andequipment factors and students.7. Strategies for the development of Tianjin City University of outdoor sports are:to invite leaders to participate in outdoor sports activities, the outdoor sportscurriculum education into the public physical education and school elective coursecontent, so that more teachers training school, to learn more professional skills,increase the outdoor sports field and equipment investment in construction andattention to the outdoor sports clubs and club development.
