In the rapid development of urban construction today,the construction of new communities is particularly important to.Residents'autonomy is an important part of community construction in our country.The success of residents' autonomy also determines the process of community construction.The study of residents' autonomy is a hot issue in community construction.Community residents' increasing demand for community life,the increasing demand for public service quality,and the constant demand for autonomy have catalyzed the development of residents'autonomy.The author of the social workers from the perspective of social autonomy,social work is more like a catalyst to promote the popularization and progress of residents' autonomy,accelerate the construction of a harmonious community.Thus,how social work intervenes in the autonomy of the inhabitants,how to find problems in the autonomy of the inhabitants,and the problems that are found in the process of intervention are a very pressing issue before the social workers.Social workers are to follow the self-help values,the use of case,group,community,administrative and other professional methods to help institutions and others to play their own potential,coordinate social relations,solve and prevent social problems,promote social justice for professional career By.In this paper,we study the social workers involved in community work,and study the whole community and social resources of social work,and explore the ways and methods of social work involved in community governance.Mining social work involved in the new ideas of residents' autonomy,found a new starting point for community governance.Resident autonomy research is not completed overnight,but the community needs to continue to try,continue to explore,down to earth step by step to explore.From the government level,until the grass-roots level,need to work together to achieve the situation of self-government.In the attempt to carry out the autonomy of the residents,we must according to local conditions,due to time,to treat different groups,to implement different governance,step by step to complete the transition to autonomy.Social work to play its professional,the use of professional social work methods,analysis of the community and the residents of the background and differences,try to play the first social work involved in the greatest role of residents' autonomy,produce the best results.This paper analyzes the reality of the residents' autonomy in the Baihu century community of Baohe District in Hefei,analyzes the actual needs of the community in the lake lake,starts from the social work point of view,and then analyzes the cause of the problem,and finally puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.This article is an exploratory study,taking the lake community as the research object,using the literature analysis method,the case analysis method and the interview method research method,the article needs the information collection analysis.The article is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part,which mainly explains the research background and significance of the article,expounds the research carried out in what kind of environment,and lists the significance of this study.Followed by the interpretation of the relevant concepts,illustrates the research methods.Finally,the author studies the existing literature on residents' autonomy and social work involved in the autonomy of residents,and explores and summarizes the viewpoints of the documents.The second part is the status quo of the social work of the lake community in the lake community.First,it introduces the current situation and organizational structure of the lake community in the lake lake,and then introduces the five aspects,and then introduces the ways and methods of social work involved in the autonomy of the residents,And finally show the effectiveness of social work involved in the autonomy of residents.The third part is the problem that the social work is involved in the process of residents' autonomy and analyzes the causes of the problem.The fourth part is the countermeasures and suggestions for the social problems after the intervention of residents' autonomy.
