Social Work Intervention Demolition Village Community Governance Research

The eighteenth national congress of the communist party of China put forward the concept of community governance,the state and the government as the most important task of social work,community as a basic unit of society,its governance is particularly important.Community governance can not only promote the harmonious development of the community,but also has an important significance for the innovation of social governance system and the building of a harmonious society.The community neighborhood committee as the main body of community governance in the governance process has serious administrative tendency,governance form a single,rigid governance mechanism,so we need to introduce a new and more specialized mode of community governance.Social work as a people-oriented,helping people to help themselves,because of their professional methods and skills to become the first choice for community intervention.This article makes a case study on Z community,the author in the Z community in the first half of internship experience,using questionnaires,observation,semi-structured interviews and other methods,the community through observation,collecting basic information of community staff and community residents interviews.The current situation of community governance,community governance is to obtain the Z Ju Wei as the main take administrative means,there are neighborhoods not harmonious in the process of governance,the poor sense of belonging to the community,actively participate in community construction is not high the conclusion.Analysis of its causes,including:the community for residents to participate in the guidance of the lack of strength;governance of the tendency of serious;social support network is not strong,etc.By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of social work intervention in Z community governance.Community governance is serious and the social work professional itself and humanization management mode has become a necessary social work to participate in community governance,and social policies,characteristics of social worker,and a variety of rich resources of community residents,for the recognition and acceptance of social work gradually become the feasibility condition of social work intervention in community governance.Social workers intervene in community governance activities as the main carrier.Through the "neighborhood home project" based on understanding the needs of community residents with the current situation of community social workers to carry out the four activities,build a platform for communication between neighbors,and lead the community for the community to promote understanding.The second phase of the project is based on community mutual communication with the residents,residents asked for the current activities of the form and content of the views,by neighborhood committees,property,social workers,community organizations to discuss,negotiate,to determine the form and content of activities,to further increase in the relationship between people,and gradually improve the mechanism of community governance.Enhance the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community-affairs.The third stage of community governance,taking a building as the goal of governance,through the three activities.In social work under the guidance of community residents self governance decided to discuss the measures and methods of building.Through building governance,stimulate Residents Autonomy,by digging their own resources,establish a social support network.Then from the scheme evaluation,process evaluation,performance evaluation of three dimensions to evaluate activities,it is concluded that the final reflection:guide residents to participate in community activities with activity as the carrier;To promote the integration of community resources,establish and improve the governance mechanisms;To strengthen the construction of social workers to team;Rc change management form and way;Policy support is also critical.
