Junior high school students are in the changeable period and complicated period of development.Changes in physiology and psychology directly reflect in the interpersonal relationship of students and teachers,which will further affect the interpersonal features between teachers and students in the field of education,but also related to the efficiency of education and development of students.The students and teachers of Xiqing Road Middle School Participated in current research.The research used questionnaire to probe the relationship and conflict between teachers and students in junior high school.The result showed:In the relationship between teachers and students,The teaching relationship and relationship perception of female students were better than that of boys.In Grade seven,the relationship between teachers and students was better than that of Grade eight and Grade nine,and Grade eight was better than that of Grade nine.This was embodied in the dimensions of teaching relation and trust execution.Students from the farmer's family were relatively poor in their emotional relationships.In the dimension of trust,the students who were attributed to the students were better than the students who were attributed to the environment.Teachers and students tended to attribute the conflict of teachers and students to the environment and students,and there were no significant differences between the two types of attribution.The author found that the relationship between teachers and students in junior high school has a certain diversity,and the characteristics of the conflict between teachers and students in junior high school has a more obvious realistic background.Therefore,from the point of view of education management,on the one hand,we should pay attention to strengthening the ideological construction of junior high school students,and to create a good atmosphere of teacher-student relationship.On the other hand,for junior high school students' physical and mental development of the special nature,gradually establish a new order of education and teaching,leading the junior high school students in the life of the transition period,and gradually establish a positive outlook on life.Finally,we should strengthen the construction of teachers'quality in education management,so as to have a positive effect on the relationship between teachers and students.
