The traditional role of teachers has been subverted under the circumstance of applying Curriculum Reformation.There is high expectation for teachers from different groups.As the main parts of the Curriculum Reformation,the study and respect of students' expectation to teachers' new roles has great importance.It is somehow meaningful to improve the current situation of junior high school students'expectation to teachers,help teachers to increase the recognition of roles and decease the conflicts of teachers' roles by learning from the current research experience,looking up to amount of references,finding out the problems of junior high school students' expectation to teachers and promote the transition ways of building teachers'roles expectation.This article has three parts.The first chapter-the introduction has brief view of current situation and its promoting way,explains the study aim and meanings of this article,summarizes home and broad research finding of teachers' roles and its exception,figures out the defaults of current researches,introduces the main method applied by this article and defines the relative core concepts,clarified the main points,difficult points and creative points of this article.The second chapter,written under the guidance of free theory,referencing many documents,which is about the surveys on junior high school students' expectation to teachers.It about the careful study of the cases of junior high school students' expectation to teachers,and also about the study of research document of teachers' literacy.In this chapter,it selected two junior high schools which are in Binhai New Area of Tianjin to take the research,analyzing the three aspects like the help between teachers and students,the characters of teachers and the professional abilities of teachers.In total,it gave away 500 pieces of survey paper and collected 474 effective ones,which means the efficiency rare is 94.8%.After getting back the surveys,it put all the data into the system via SPSS22.0 and analyzing all the data.It came to the conclusion that the junior high school students are expecting a more relaxing and compatible environment with more interaction between teachers and students in the school,hoping the teachers not only to teach but also be their good friends.The third chapter,targeting at the problems of teachers' roles of self recognition for the Curriculum Reformation in the new period of the 13th Five Year Plan,discusses the guidance strategy of efficient transition of expectation to teachers' roles,from the social,school aspects to the teacher' aspect.
