To optimize the rural educational resources and promote the balanced development of rural education,a rural boarding school construction project has been implemented in China and large-scale withdrawals and merges of schools have been carried out,which makes boarding primary schools the main force of rural education.Rural boarding education has helped optimize the rural educational resources,making it more convenient for rural children to receive education and highlighting the scale benefits of rural education.However,due to the large number of left-behind children in rural boarding primary schools,the difficulty in management and insufficient teaching staff,the moral education management has been lagging behind in rural boarding primary schools.Worse still,many rural boarding primary schools still follow the philosophy of examination-oriented education and lay great emphasis on test scores and enrollment rate only,ignoring the management of school moral education and leading to the lagging behind of school moral education.In many rural boarding primary schools,the unclear moral education management objectives,incomplete moral education management system,and dissatisfactory effect of moral education management have affected the mental health and moral growth of boarding children.Based on the above,the paper engages in the subject of "The Realistic Dilemma of Moral Education Management in Rural Boarding Primary Schools and Its Way Out".In the course of the study,the paper reviews on relevant literature and analyzes the basic concepts,essential attributes,basic principles,management objectives and other conceptual categories of moral education management in rural boarding primary schools.Then,the author explores the problems faced by these schools in the aspects of moral management team,moral education management system,method and goals by using questionnaire and interviewing teachers.And logical analysis is conducted to explore the underlying causes and constraints for the problems existing in the moral education management of these schools.Finally,the author puts forward some strategies and suggestions for the management of moral education in rural boarding primary schools from the aspects of moral management philosophy innovation,moral education working mechanism construction,moral education management ability cultivation and moral education management resources integration.
