Based on the background of compulsory education,this article uses social support theory and resource allocation theory to carry out an empirical analysis of the current situation of rural boarding elementary school education resources allocation in L County,Shanxi Province,and on this basis,proposes suggested countermeasures to promote the optimal allocation of rural boarding elementary school education resources.The first is the background and significance of the topic.Secondly,the current situation of educational resource allocation of rural boarding primary schools in L County is described in terms of human resources,material resources,and financial resources.It is found that rural boarding primary schools in L County have irrational allocation of human resources,insufficient allocation of financial resources,and idle material resources.The phenomenon of waste.Then it analyzes the reasons for the unreasonable allocation of educational resources for rural boarding primary schools in L County.From the perspective of social support theory and resource allocation theory,this paper analyzes the factors that influence rural boarding primary schools in L County.The long-term existence of the urban-rural dual system puts rural boarding primary schools at a disadvantage in resource allocation;education funding has been insufficient for a long time.This has hindered the development of rural boarding primary schools;the teacher distribution system is unreasonable,and rural areas have difficulty attracting excellent and high-quality teachers;the continuous advancement of family planning and urbanization has led to a serious loss of students in rural boarding primary schools;education-related work The concept of personnel management is backward,and there is no emphasis on rural education and educational resources.These are the reasons for the problem of resource allocation in rural boarding primary schools.Finally,the countermeasures to optimize the allocation of educational resources for rural boarding primary schools in L County.Specific countermeasures for optimizing the reasonable allocation of rural boarding elementary school education in L County are proposed from four aspects: increasing education funding,improving the education public service system,promoting the balanced allocation of urban and rural teachers,and promoting the development of education informatization.The last part is the conclusion and discussion.Summarize the research results of this article and point out the deficiencies of this research.
