Research On Satisfaction Status Of International School Bus Service

School bus refers to the passenger transportation which obtains legal license for transferring the students from kindergarten to high school between home and school.School bus service is one of the important services of educational institution;however,it is a service that gains less attention compares with the other ones.The core element of school bus service is'safety',because the school bus bears the lives and health of the students and the high expectations from the parents.Due to the special student source and relatively high tuition fee of the international schools,the higher standard of safety and the management of the school bus service are required.This thesis is based on the perspective of educational management.Considering the different point of views on school bus service which may come from the international cultures,this research takes the school bus service of International School of Tianjin as a case,through a survey to the parents of different aged students to obtain their satisfaction on the school bus service.The survey has five dimensions which are the whole services of school bus,the management of school bus,school bus drivers,school bus ayis and the vehicle condition of school bus.From the analysis of the result,some problems show up,the author provides some pointed adjustment and optimization on the management of school bus.Meanwhile,the problems caused by cultural differences also can be made up.
