Research On Satisfaction Evaluation Of Management And Service For International Students In Universities In Heilongjiang Province

With the gradual acceleration of the process of world integration,China's comprehensive national strength continues to increase,the number of international students studying in China increased year by year.As an important part of the internationalization of higher education in China,the future education of international students will play a greater role in promoting the development of colleges and universities.The study of international students in China not only gave them the opportunity to enhance themselves,but also make more foreigners deeply understand China.Heilongjiang Province,as one of the top ten provinces to receive the number of international students in China,the scale of international students is growing at the same time.It's very necessary to improve and prompt the quality of management services for international students.This paper totally includes five parts.The first part introduces the research background of the paper.There are more and more international students come to China.What can those universities in Heilongjiang Province do to attract more students to choose them? It also introduces the current situation about what they analyzed about this field at home and abroad.The second part focuses on the characteristics of the management of international students,and the evaluation of the satisfaction of international students,and brief introduction the design and application of the questionnaire with Maslow's theory and service orientation theory.In the third part,according to the results of the survey,combined with the characteristics of the international students in our province,to analyze and study the problems and find out the problems in the management service satisfaction of our province.On the basis of the previous analysis,the fourth part of this paper puts forward some pertinent strategies and suggestions for the management service of foreign students in Heilongjiang Province,and hopes to provide some suggestions for the improvement of international students' satisfaction in our province.To enhance the satisfaction of the management for international students,the colleges and universities in our province need to solve a lot of problems.They should continue to learn from other developed areas on the basis of advanced experience.Government departments also need to play an importantrole in this field.Universities should cooperate with government to manage international students in good attitude and professional work.In this way,we can really improve the management of international students in our province with good satisfaction.
