Design And Implementation Of Online Working-Learning System

"Internet +" era,more and more people will work remotely and learn online.Remote working and online learning is based on the internet,the representative of the information technology for human work and learning.The changes in the results of the Internet era are the inevitable outcome of social development.I believe that remote working and online learning can promote the development of innovative laboratories in colleges and universities in China.Remote work beyond time and space,graduate students can work with school students.It provides human resources for graduates and provides work opportunities for school students.Students’ability to work requires both support for learning activities that occur in remote working and the need to introduce work that matches students’ abilities.I have carried on the thorough research,have designed and implemented the online work-learning system,and hope to contribute to the development of the innovation laboratory in our university.In order to achieve the idea,I analyze the current situation of remote working and online learning through literature analysis.I study the functional structure and business process of remote work and online learning platform through case study.Based on the theory of support,to Rails5 and HTML5 for technical support,design and implement the online working-learning system.The implementation of online working-learning system is basically able to support team online communication,project online collaboration,problem-centered teaching resources construction and learning,external software development services and other functions.The author to Tianjin Normal University Education Technology Innovation Laboratory as a pilot,the implementation of online working-learning system,and further extended to other colleges and universities innovation laboratory.
