The employment of college students has been the focus of social concern.With the expansion of college enrollment,the continuous improvement of the overall quality of teachers,the reform of teacher employment system and the change of teacher qualification,it brings new challenges to the professional development and employment.The classroom instruction of employment guidance course is an important way to promote the employment guidance in higher normal universities.For the normal colleges and universities,it is urgent to focus on the current situation of the teaching of employment guidance.In this study,the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to investigate the current situation of the teaching of employment guidance in Chongqing normal universities and colleges with three normal universities' teachers and students in Chongqing.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data and interview results,to explore the current situation of the teaching of employment guidance course in Chongqing Higher Normal Colleges and universities,analyzes the existing problems and reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems,in order to guide line of employment guidance course teaching,promote the development of students' occupation.Chapter one: introduction.On the one hand,the domestic and foreign relevant research on the employment guidance course for a simple sort,defines the core concepts of this research;on the other hand,introduces the research background,research significance,research ideas and research methods.The second chapter: the theoretical discussion on the teaching optimization of employment guidance course in normal universities.This chapter from the teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching subject,teaching methods and teaching evaluation of five aspects of the theoretical discussion on Employment Guidance Course Teaching in higher normal colleges,tries to analyze the current teaching framework.The third chapter: the investigation and Research on the current situation of the employment guidance course teaching in Chongqing normal colleges.This chapter includes three parts: the purpose of the investigation,the design of the investigation and the results of the survey.The result shows: the overall employment of Chongqing teachers colleges to guide teaching in high level,the teaching objectives,teaching objectives to achieve the lowest score is not ideal,the subject of teaching the highest score;the employment of Chongqing teachers colleges overall guidance teaching situation and its dimensions have significant differences in different grades exist;significant differences in the employment of the Chongqing higher normal colleges overall situation,instruction teaching objectives,teaching subjects,teaching methods and teaching evaluation in the school type;the employment of Chongqing teachers colleges overall instruction and each dimension there is no significant difference in major types;there is a significant correlation between the teaching of employment guidance course in Higher Normal colleges.The credit hours,and teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,evaluation of the Chongqing higher teachers;The teaching contents,the employment guidance course for normal colleges teaching subjects,teaching methods,teaching evaluation and the three dimensions of teaching objectives have significant positive correlation;the choice of teaching content,teaching methods,teachers and students by classroom participation,teaching evaluation of the multi degree directly influences the teaching goals of.The fourth chapter: the main problems and causes of the employment guidance course teaching in Chongqing normal colleges.Based on the survey results,combined with the optimization theory of employment guidance course teaching in higher normal colleges,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching of employment guidance course in Chongqing normal universities,and probes into the causes of the problems.The fifth chapter: the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the teaching of employment guidance in Chongqing normal colleges.In this chapter,the author analyzes the external conditions of the teaching optimization of employment guidance course in Chongqing normal universities from three aspects: the teaching management of the school,the establishment of the professional standards of teachers,and the construction of the curriculum.Finally,based on the analysis of the external conditions of the teaching optimization of higher vocational colleges,combined with the existing problems and causes,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
