According to statistics, in 2010, China's total number of graduates from colleges and universities increase 6.3 million, and plus the unemployed in 2009 with 0.8 million, the full-year number of college graduates to obtain employment is more than 7 million. The grim employment situation puts forward a great challenge and pressure to our colleges and universities in solving the graduates'employment problems.Quanzhou Normal University was founded in 1958, and gradually developed into a new type of modern high institutions after 50 years'development, which integrates the general education and special education into one and makes the teacher education and non-teacher education as one. Although Quanzhou Normal University has begun to attach importance to employment problems in terms of ideology, it has not taken effective measures to address this problems. In this context, this research projects has got the recognition and support from Quanzhou Normal University's leadership, and deeply analyzed the current problems in employment management and developed some detailed strategies to guide the employment management.This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly putting forward the research background, research purposes and its significance, and research methods and content. The second part is the basic theories, mainly defining the concepts such as the employment management and employment guidance, and simply commenting the research status at home and abroad. The third part mainly analyzes the status and problems of employment management of Quanzhou Normal University. First of all, it conducts a brief introduction about the Quanzhou Normal University, and respectively discusses the employment situation and management situation. Meantime, this paper deeply analyzes the problems in employment management of Quanzhou Normal University. Chapter Four analyzes the trends in employment management development and the positive significance it has on Quanzhou Normal University's strengthening the employment management guidance in order to lay the foundation for later analysis. The fifth part focuses on analysis about the strategy of employment management guidance, and discusses mainly from three aspects: firstly, establishing some advanced ideas including the comprehensive, full-time and involvement of people; secondly, improving the employment management guidance working mechanism development; and the last innovating the content system of employment management guidance. The last chapter is the summary and forecast section.The principal innovation of this paper is to creatively put forward a new "three-dimensional" employment management guidance model, that is, to strengthen the guidance of employment management from the time, mechanisms and contents. Meanwhile, this paper also puts forward some innovative ideas and suggestions among the specific discussion. This paper has some inadequacies, including that Quanzhou Normal University could not perform fully in accordance with the recommendations under the current situation, and also needs a long time to prepare to completely carry out the real high-quality employment management.
