Study On The Current Situation And Improvement Of Children's Accidental Injuries In Kindergartens

With the people's legal consciousness and strengthening the preschool education attention degree increase,coupled with the news media attention,some of the negative news reports,more and more people pay attention to children's safety in the kindergarten.How to deal with children's injuries in kindergarten accidents is a topic worthy of study.In this paper,from the actual needs of the work,based on the relevant laws and regulations,under the guidance of relevant theories,study the current status of coping strategies for children in kindergarten injury accidents.Through the analysis of a public kindergarten in Hexi District,Tianjin from 2007 to 2016 is worth studying children's show,in the kindergarten accident case,and interviews on the part of someone,s teachers and kindergarten management personnel.The results show that:Although kindergartens have adopted a variety of strategies to prevent,however,childhood injury accidents still occur in kindergarten.The prevention of kindergarten injury accidents involves three aspects of society,family and kindergarten.The cause of the accident is diverse,there are security risks and to implement the system,making the kindergarten environment,provide facilities and equipment not fully consider the age characteristics of children's teachers are lack of safety awareness,guardian liability is not clear and the quality of their own for children.Combining the results of the study,the following suggestions are put forward:In the aspect of accident prevention,first of all to be implemented from the establishment and implementation of the system security;second to increase the teachers about the accident prevention and emergency training,improve the safety awareness of teachers;the third one,kindergartens and families to work together,to strengthen the safety education of children,improve chi ldren' s self-protection ability;fourth and the rational use of social resources,the formation of security force;fifth should parents popularize the relevant legal knowledge,clear the liability of the guardian.In the aspect of solving the accident,one is to enhance the legal awareness of kindergarten leaders,teachers and parents,reasonable and legitimate,put yourself to solve problems in parents and children's perspective;secondly,to protect the lawful rights and interests of teachers in the process of solving problems;third,the socialization of liability,reduce economic kindergarten the burden.
