The cultivation of students' self-regulated learning ability is one of the important capability target in high school physics teaching.And the efficient teaching is the ultimate goal of teachers in teaching.This paper starting from author's more than 10 years' experience in teaching as a practical teacher,guided by high school physics curriculum standard,combined with students' actual desire of entrance examination,to meet the requirements of college entrance examination,and mainly discussed how to realize efficient teaching by using self-regulated learning ability in high school physics teaching.This paper can be divided into 4 parts.The first chapter is introduction briefly.The introduction briefly introduced the present situation of high school physics teaching and author's thinking s about teaching reform in recent years.The second first chapter mainly introduced the theory of self-regulated learning and discussed the characteristics of self-regulated teaching for high school physics teachers and the characteristics of self-regulated learning for students.The chapter mainly introduced the current research of efficient teaching and the author also show his opinions to recognize and evaluate an efficient teaching of high school physics teaching.The author put forwards a four-step teaching model which based on his teaching experience.The four step are target tasks,self-regulated learning,communication and evaluation,consolidation.The author also give the explanation to how to implement on different stage and some notifications while they carrying on this teaching model.In the third chapter mainly write about that the author divided the physics class into 3 types according to the characteristics of high school physics teaching,they are Concept Class,Low Class and Laboratory Class.As for these three types of class,starting from the actual case to realize the efficient teaching by using the four-step teaching model.The fourth chapter is the conclusion.Mainly is the effects and some reconsidering that the author application the four-step teaching model in the practical teaching obtains.
