| Recent years,the word "legal thinking" has attracted much attention during the steady development of Rule of Law,especially after the 18th Congress of the CPC.Xi Jinping mentioned legal thinking many times when he made keynote speeches in some important meetings or occasions.He stressed that all the CPC members should set up legal thinking and work effectively by observing the rule of law to better persist in the unifying of the leadership of the CPC,people's democracy and the rule of law.As a matter of fact,legal thinking is not only necessary to the members of CPC,but also the same with all of Chinese people,particularly the college students.College students are the successor and constructer of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which obviously needed more concerns.Considering the background,the study will focus on the cultivation of college students' legal thinking by embracing the core concept of the word-"Legal Thinking" to do some things for better carrying the practical work.First of all,the study will unscramble the core concept of the word-"Legal Thinking" through some theoretical bases,summarize the distinction according to the connotation,and then,put forward the objective and details about the cultivation work.Later,the study analyzes the significance to the college student,the Chinese Nomocracy,also the domestic peace and social harmony.Secondly,accompany by the connotation,the study sketches out the condition of the cultivation of college students' legal thinking,recommends the performance and finds out the problems.To solve the problems,the study thoroughly chases down the factors and reasons deep behind the cultivation tasks.Finally,aiming the reasons found above,the study gives some measures to consummate the cultivation of college students' legal thinking from different aspects of student,college,family and society through the Marxism philosophical methods by strictly holding the correct values and serious academic attitudes. |
