The Research Of Junior High School Students Personality Education

Recently,we always advocate quality education,and personality education is an important part of quality education.It not only meet the need of students healthy development,but also social development,if we pay attention to personality education.Junior high school students need correct education and guide for personality development,the nature and teaching tasks of ideological and moral lessons just fit the requirements of personality education.Therefore,this article takes ideological and moral lessons as the main channel of school personality education,explores the content and methods of junior high school students personality education.There are three parts in this paper,the first part is a general overview of the concept of personality education for junior high school students,starting from the concept of personality,and then research the meaning,necessity and feasibility.The personality education of junior high school students is not only the need to cultivate students' learning to be "real",but also for junior high school students healthy growth and adapt the future society,while the new curriculum reform program and the content of junior middle school ideological and moral teaching are in line with the requirements of personality education,so it makes personality education possible.The second part is the study of junior high school students' personality education goal and educational content,around the personality development requirements,the junior high school students personality education divide students who has true,good,beauty,courage and other quality,the content of education involves four aspects: wisdom personality,moral personality,aesthetic personality and psychological personality.The third part studies the principles and strategies of personality education for junior high school students,so makes more scientific and more effective.
