Establishment And Application Of Risk Evaluation Index System Of Educational Informatization Project

Informatization is an important starting point for the realization of national modernization.It plays a vital role in the process of social development in a long term and is a historical necessity and a future trend.As the application and practice of informationization in the field of education,education informationization is the only way to realize the modernization of education in our country,which is of great significance to the reform of education and teaching in our country.Presently,tens of thousands of educational information projects in our country are being deployed or implemented,but many projects are unable to achieve the desired objectives.Through the investigation,we found that the cause mostly dues to people's ignorance of risk factors in the implementation of the project.The deeper reason is that there are no molded risk index system for information technology project education to be referenced.Therefore,this study will rely on the national education science "second five" planning project "education information project risk system dynamics analysis and countermeasures" to build scientific and reasonable educational information through literature research,case investigation,expert interviews and other ways.The project risk assessment system,with a view to the implementation of the project at all stages of the project effective control and assessment,profit and avoid disadvantages,to achieve maximum project benefits.Firstly,the theoretical research and risk elements comb.This paper summarizes the current situation of risk management of educational informatization project,project risk management and risk assessment system,and makes clear the research direction of index system.The list of all possible risk factors is sorted out from the literatures of risk management assessment of domestic and foreign related projects,and the actual characteristics of educational informatization projects are collated and merged.Secondly,improve the index system based on the preliminary risk list field research.From the different angles of ten different types of education information project,the author will conduct practical research,supplement,verify and improve the risk list,based on the establishment of educational information project risk assessment index system,and then invite relevant experts,experts will be held,and ultimately determine the risk Evaluation index system.Thirdly,calculate the weight of the indicator.According to the relevant principles of analytic hierarchy process,the author designed the corresponding educational information project risk assessment questionnaire.Then by inviting 60 educational information project-related experts or project staff,etc.,the author scored the educational information project risk indicators one by one through the professional scoring.According to the date,the weight of the indicators of education information project risk was determined ultimately.Finally,the practical application and test of the index system.In view of the actual educational informatization project,the evaluation system is applied to a specific educational information project through the way of project leader's assessment of the project risk assessment index system and the weight of each index of the risk assessment system-"A city foundation Education student information management system construction ",the final verification of the application of the index system and its ability to play a smooth role for the project.
