System Dynamics Model Construction And Application Research Of Education Informationization Project Risk

The "China Education Modernization 2035" puts forward the overall goal of promoting education modernization in China.As a “supporter” of the education modernization strategy,the education informationization project is the key to popularizing the “education informationization” strategy and promoting the modernization of education.However,in the course of the actual project development,the performance of the education information project is not satisfactory.Among them,the risk is the crux of the project leading to overvalue cost,overdue schedule,and ultralow quality.The risks of educational informatization projects often pull one hair and the whole body is affected.It is difficult to systematically,comprehensively,dynamically and scientifically analyze the risk of education informatization projects is the pain point of current research.System dynamics,as a classical theory in management science and an effective method to solve complex problem,its introduction provides a suitable method for risk management of educational information projects.Meanwhile,the complexity and linkage of risk in education provides an opportunity for the combination of educational informationization and management.To this end,this paper is based on the system dynamics method,carding the risk influencing factors of the education information project;integrating multifaceted data to construct the risk management model of the education information project;and then based on the current situation of the application practice,put forward two ideas of the model application which used to guide application practice or provide direct tools for risk management.The research focuses on solving: 1.What are the main risk factors for the education information project? 2.How to apply the system dynamics method to optimize the education information project management process? 3.How is the constructed model applied to practice?From the perspective of research and implementation.firstly,based on the literature research at home and abroad,the risk influencing factors of educational informatization projects were sorted out,and the existing risk assessment index system of educational informatization projects was improved.Then through the empirical case study,this paper traced the causes of risk factors,and the framework of risk influencing factors of the education informationization project was determined through expert argumentation.Then,the paper analysed the structure of the education informationization project risk model system.After that,in the support of project,visited Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Fujian,Anhui,Henan,etc to survey 21 cases of educational informationization.At the same time,combined with the empowerment data of 33 experts on risk factors,the system dynamics model of education informationization project risk was finally established.Finally,from the perspective of application,two ideas of model application were proposed.Case application and system design were carried out separately.First,took a large-scale e-learning school bag application promotion project in China as an example to carry out case simulation to verify the validity of the model and provide application guidance for risk management and control of similar projects.Then,with the model as the core,the education information project risk management system was designed and developed to provide a direct tool for risk management of education information project.
