Since the founding of new China 60 years,our country sports enterprise comprehensive development,competitive sports achieved historic leap,the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games had reached the peak of the level of competitive sports in China,and fully demonstrated the spirit of athletes in China.But presents downtrend since then,with the development of mass sports,sports industry and the form of diversification,together with the emergence of the social on some negative news,make social identity in the profession of athletes generally is not high.And individual athletes also face some columns such as retirement,injury,again obtain employment problem,the adjustment of the system and their own actual situation also makes athletes individuals have different attitudes and opinions.This study adopts the method of narrative research to the athletes' professional identity as the research subject,selecting two typical case to analysis.Mainly divides into six parts,the first chapter and the second chapter,respectively,for the introduction and the research design,the third chapter and the fourth chapter focus on director's career stories,and from the family environment,learning experience,training life three main outlines to analysis athletes professional identity consists of eight components,namely professional cognition,professional emotion,professional will,professional values,professional expectations,professional ability,professional motivation and professional accomplishment.The results show that two athletes have a higher sense of identity,and then explore the influence factors of the high professional identity.The fifth chapter from the dynamic process of professional identity for cross-case analysis to explore the relationship between the various elements of identity and identity process.The last chapter is the conclusion and reflection of the research.Through the study,we found that the athlete's occupation has four characteristics:the best occupation limit,the fierce and brutal competition,the closeness of the collective life and the multiple characteristics of the task.The professional identity also has the following four characteristics:Meta-interaction,identity elements of the multiple intertwined,identity process of interlocking and recognition,clear and distinct identification results.And high professional identity mainly comes from the individual clear professional cognition and outstanding professional ability,the main reason influencing the result of this recognition is the individual's internal professional attitude,personality traits,values and interpersonal relationships and external family promotion,intensifying from others,achievement and occupational environment.
