Exercise psychology believes that reasonable and appropriate exercise is conducive to improve the level of mental health.As the world's largest sport,football has the characteristics of integrity,antagonism,changeability,difficulty and feasibility.The focus of the 2014 national football reform program on campus football is a reminder that there will be positive changes in school football curriculum on the future.Under this background,this paper takes college football course as an example,to explore the influence of football course on College Students' subjective well-being and coping style and further study on the effect of extension,and provide a theoretical basis and practical significance for improving the College Students' psychological health level and football's psychological function.This article uses the literature data method,the field investigation method,the questionnaire survey method,the experiment method,the interview method,the mathematical statistics method for 38 students in a University of Yunnan Province as the research object,the experimental group and the control group were all 19 people,explore the psychological effect of football through 16 weeks of intervention.Results found: After 16 weeks football participants it significantly improved the subjective well-being of energy,worries about health,the three dimensions of life satisfaction and interest,subjective well-being scores have improved significantly,depression or happy mood with the dimensions did not reach significant level but still had significantly improved.In terms of the effect,the students' self-perception,self-health evaluation,relaxation state,and mental vitality are better.After 16 weeks football lessons,college students' positive coping style has significantly improved,negative coping style significantly decreased,coping tendency significantly positive direction.On the concrete effect,the students' view of things,problem solving,changing opinions,and stylistic interests are more effective.Further to positive coping style as the mediating effect test of football related dimensions of subjective well-being found that positive coping style has partial mediating effect between football and college students' subjective well-being and energy;a fully mediating role between positive coping style in football and college students' depression or happy mood.The results show that the football course has good psychological effect,at the same time in the course of the study found that the current college students' psychological health level is low,the subjective well-being in football class significantly improved situation is still lower than the national norm.It is suggested that various forms of football classes should be widely carried out in universities and primary and secondary schools,especially for students with low subjective well-being and low level of positive coping styles.In addition in football lesson teaching process,should ensure that students game time,use the practice forms of the game,more in learning content,reduce the student's study pressure.At the same time,the number of students in the classr should be controlled,and the teacher should keep in good relationship with the students,so that the students could have better experience in the class.
