College students is an important group in society, university four years is their personality psychologymatures and perfect a important period, and the subjective well-being of college students also appearsespecially important during this period. College students subjective well-being feelings of many factors,such as time management tendency, self harmony and can be used to predict factors of subjectivewell-being. And the author on the basis of a large number of research results, assuming self harmony as themediating effect of coping styles and time management of subjective well-being. Subjective well-being arediscussed as a foundation, this study analyzed the gender, professional, grade and family upbringing affectsubjective well-being, And the coping styles and the relationship between time management dispositionand self harmony, thus to verify this hypothesis. Research results show that:(1) College students’ subjective well-being had no significant difference in gender. On the grade,subject, family upbringing, difference reached significant level.(2) Negative coping dimension, college students in the face of the way, there is no significantdifference on gender, positive coping dimension girls than boys, and there were significant differences.Grade, and positive in the negative dimensions, dimensions are significant differences. On the subject, thesubject does not exist significant differences in dimension of negative coping, significant differences innegative dimensions. Upbringing, the negative response does not exist significant differences, actively dealwith significant differences.(3) College students’ time management tendency significant difference on gender. There were verysignificant differences in grade. Different disciplines and there are significant differences on familyupbringing.(4) College students’ self harmonious in gender, grade, subject and family upbringing, differencereached significant level.(5) College students’ subjective well-being and coping styles, time management disposition, selfharmony have a significant correlation.(6) Coping styles, time management disposition and self harmonious effect on college students’ subjective well-being have different degree of explanation. Coping styles and time management tendencycan affect college students’ subjective well-being through self harmonious for mediation.
