Public senior high school is different from private high school,the main source of funding is the state financial allocations,it should be fair to all the people.Educational fairness is not only fair in the legal,policy,institutional and other macro level,but also needs to be implemented in the class management,teacher management,student management and other micro level.From the research results of educational fairness in the past,the macro level of educational fairness is relatively paid more attention,while concerned about the micro level of educational fairness is less.At present,it is more and more important to realize the education fairness from the micro level.The high school students are in the forefront of the college entrance examination.In the current college entrance examination system,the problem of the fairness of the high school education,especially in the public high school,is very prominent.In this study,it is public class management of senior high school education fairness that serves as the research object.Taking H province J city of two public high schools for example,the theory of multiple intelligence and inclusive education theory are adopted.Through interviews,questionnaire survey,from two aspects of theory and practice integration discussion on Education fairness public high school class management,the corresponding strategies to solve the problems are put forward.This study is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the reasons of the research,the significance of the research,the relevant literature,the starting point of the study,research methods and research ideas.The second part refers to discussing the theory of education fairness in public high school class management.Based on defining the core concepts of public education on the class management of senior high school,the theoretical basis of this study is focused on,namely the theory of educational fairness,the theory of multiple intelligence and inclusive education theory.The third part covers the investigation of the educational fairness of public high school class management.On the basis of the investigation designand investigation process,the author makes a survey and analysis of the survey data,and draws the conclusion and enlightenment.The fourth part includes the analysis of the education fairness problem of public class management of senior high school,mainly from the three aspects: class teaching management,class administrative management and class community management,analyzing the education fairness of public class management of senior high school.The fifth part is to explore the fair education strategy of public class management of senior high school.It put forwards the idea that teaching management should be perfected on the basis of educational fairness,administrative management should be consolidated with the power of educational fairness,and the management of social organizations should be guided in the direction of educational fairness.The sixth part is the conclusion,a brief summary of the basic conclusions of this study.The conclusion of this study is established in the macro policy and education environment,education fairness of public class management of senior high school there,which cannot do without the main factors of three aspects: headteachers,common teachers and students;which also cannot do without the three areas of management: class teaching management,class administrative management and community management.Thus,it is referential to research on the issue of educational fairness in class management in public senior high school to solve fairness problems in basic education.
