Research On The Status Quo Of Extracurricular Tutoring For Senior High School Students In Qingdao

With the further development of high school education reform and the continuous improvement of high school education status,people gradually realize that effective student self-management is an important way to improve the quality of high school education.For high school students,effective self-management can not only improve their self-management ability in life and learning,promote their all-round development,but also improve their social adaptability and meet the needs of modern society for talented people.Just in terms of the status quo,although many high schools in cultivating high school students self management ability were explored,but there are still many shortcomings and problems in practice,including the school not enough attention,and the student's consciousness,has seriously hampered the healthy development of our high school students,is not conducive to the cultivation and promotion of core literacy of high school students.Therefore,how to improve the effectiveness of self-management of high school students has become an important part of the reform of educational management in senior high schools,and is also an important topic to be further studied.This paper adopts questionnaire,interview method,classroom observation method,combined with the actual autonomous management of senior high school students,divided into five parts on the issues related to analysis and research,including the introduction,the significance of self management of senior high school students,high school students' autonomous management present situation investigation and self management of senior high school students,the existing problems and reasons and high school students self management practice optimization path.The first part,the introduction part.It includes research background,research purpose,research significance,research status at home and abroad,concept definition,research contents and methods.The second part is about the significance of self-management of high school students.It mainly includes the main psychological characteristics of high school students and the practical significance of the independent management of high school students;the third partis the survey of self-management of high school students.It includes questionnaire design,survey results analysis,interviews with students in senior high schools,interviews with head teachers and interviews with parents.The fourth part is about the problems and reasons of selfmanagement of high school students.From the high school life,learning and participation aspects summed up the specific problems of self management of senior high school students,and analysis the reason of senior high school students autonomous management problems from the students dimension,school social dimensions,family dimension,four;The fifth part the optimization path of independent management practice in senior high school.Aiming at the three aspects of self management of high school students and the reasons for the formation of the four dimensions,the corresponding optimization strategies are put forward.In this study,reading and analyzing a large number of senior high school students autonomous management of documents,to make a more comprehensive definition to the concept of independent management.Through the analysis of empirical self management status of the high school,to further improve the research achievements in this field,to promote the related theories,the rich students' autonomous management theory research system.It can be said that this study has strong practical significance and guidance value,hoping to provide useful reference for senior high school students' independent management reform,so as to promote the cultivation and promotion of core competencies of high school students.
