Educational equality is the origin for all equality. It is of significantimportance for promoting harmonious development of the entire society.In recent years, educational equality issues have received attention fromour government departments and many scholars. In2006, China beganto fully implement free compulsory education and increased investmentin the educational field, all of which are major measures to improveeducational equality problem. However, with the popularization ofschool admission, people begin to concern about whether every child isequally treated when being educated and whether every child enjoys theopportunity of free development.Class management refers to a series of planning and managementactivities led by class regulator, which focuses on different aspects of thestudents such as ideology, study, and life. When it comes to educationalequality in class management, it mainly implies that students can receiverelative equal treatment in such aspects as study, life, teacher-studentinteraction during class management, thus enabling them to enjoydevelopment right to its fullest in a good environment. Educationalequality in class management is only a “part” of educational equality,and only by fully develop each part can the overall function be broughtinto full play.Currently, domestic researches on educational equality issues focuson the microscopic aspect, but this text turns to a microcosmic elementof class management. It analyses the application of equality theory inclass management on the basis of practical research data, thus providingfurther understanding for educational equality issues in classmanagement.Besides introduction, the paper can be divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, explains the research background, research significance, the research methods of this paper, the conceptsrelated to the article, and puts forward the theoretical foundation.The second part is the analysis of the current situation of educationfairness in class management of Hohhot’s high school. This chaptercombines the theory research and field research, based on the practicebase of the investigation and analysis of related literature data,understanding education fair question performance in the highschool class management, thus summed up the high school classmanagement education is the existence of unfair, and the status of thespecific description.The third part is the factors of realizing fair education in highschool class management. Mainly from the form of teachingorganization,"elitism" education concept, system, teachers and studentsof these aspects of the realization of the educational justice, the systemlevel, including the education evaluation system, management system,and the teachers’ morality and individual differences of the students isan important objective factor to influence the realization of equaleducation.The fourth part is the strategies to improve the fairness of educationin the high school class management. This is the key part of this paper.Putting forward countermeasures to promote the development ofeducation fairness in high school class management, from the system,concept, teaching organization form, and from teachers’ quality of theseveral aspects, based on status of the investigation and analysis of thecauses.
