With the development of the society and the improvement of the economy,people pursue the well-being increasingly,some educators and psychologists begin to do deeper research on the sense of well-being.Recently,the research on the well-being of the students has been developed.Many are about the college students and the junior vocational school students.As a special social group,the senior high students have their own characteristics: They are on a special stage of their whole life—the adolescence rebellion period.And they are brilliant students selected by the exam.Next,they have the only one aim---the collage entrance exam,they want to go to collage to go further education to achieve their ambitions,and the value of their lives;besides,they carry the hope of the whole family,they are a group with large stress.They are bound to have some emotional problems which are difficult to solve alone in their lives and study.Therefore,it is beneficial to the senior high students to promote their psychological health by doing research on the countermeasure to improve the well-being of the senior high school students in the class management.The senior high students spend most of their time in school and class,so how to improve their well-being depends mostly on the class management.Teachers can help students solve the problem by teaching them,some class activities,or even asking students to help each other.As a result,students can concentrate on their studies,live a happy life and grow up healthily.At last they can be a person to be good for the society.the main methods used in the paper,are questionnaire method and documentary research method.Questionnaire method provides the first-hand data.As for the research about the well-being documentary research method is mainly used.In order to get a thorough research on the well-being of the senior high students,we adopted questionnaire – Multiple Happiness Questionnaire,MHQ adapted by Miao Yuanjiang.This paper investigates the students from the four senior high schools(two are in the coast city,the other two is the inland school.)having 500 questionnaires,taking 485 back.Analysis 448 making up 92.4% to find out the discrepancy in their well-being.The conclusions are drawn as follows:(1)The well-being of the senior high school students is significantly different in the area,gender,self assessment of personality,hobbies,grades,excellent conditions,self-Assessment of academic performance,sleep time and so on.Specifically,the mainland students' well-being is higher than that of the coastal students;female students' well-being is higher than that of male students;personality introverted students are less happy than the personality of the students happy;on the hobby variables,students who have hobby are happier than those who don't have;the students' sense of happiness is gradually increasing with the increase of the grade;the excellent students' well-being is higher than that of the students who are not excellent;the students' happiness is gradually improved with the improvement of self-Assessment;the students' well-being is gradually improved with the improvement of self–assessment;the students' well-being is gradually promoted with the increase of sleep time.(2)According to the results of data analysis,the research states the reason why coastal,male,introverted students,those who are lack of interest,low grade,not being rated as excellent,self-assessment of low academic performance,and the students who have short sleep time have lower well-being.(3)The countermeasures and suggestions for improving the well-being of senior high school students are put forward during the class management,according to the reasons.
