The fine arts education of elementary school is to improve students'aesthetic ability and artistic accomplishment,to cultivate all-round development of human beings and to promote a more harmonious society.Children are the future so their development is deeply related to the progress of the world and even human civilization.As an effective means of teaching,fine arts education plays a crucial role in raising their quality of all aspects.As we all know,Japan is good at learning from foreign culture,especially in fine arts education.Japan pays much attention to the creation of modeling,cultivating a wealth of sentiment and making aesthetic pleasure and personality perfect.The modern fine arts education refers to the century from about the Mei ji restoration till now.Known as "Confucian culture" country,it takes its essence while discards the dregs and finally forms a modern education idea.The way of fusing advantages is worth us to compare and study.It provides some reference and revelation to improve the "double base education" that fine arts education of elementary school emphasizes in our country.The subject mainly researches the differences in the elementary school fine arts education concept between China and Japan,and through the research makes the elementary school fine arts education in our country develop in a more perfect direction.Through the comparison of China and Japan in the elementary school fine arts education,we conclude the deficiencies and shortcomings in our country and thus make suggestions and policy adjustment.This article uses literature research,quantitative research,descriptive research and comparative research and states from the following parts:The first part mainly studies the tendency of the elementary school fine arts education development between the two countries.According to the comparative study of historical development between the two countries,we can see the orientation and connotation of the elementary school fine arts education in two countries.The second part is about the curriculum content,education method,and the comparison of education implementation effect of the two countries.The aim is to illustrate the elementary school fine arts education concept of two countries.The third part,based on the study of the problems in elementary school fine arts education in our country,finds out the possibility of the change in education concept nowadays.Today,the fine arts education in our country is in an urgent need of progress and development.It is a top priority to explore the differences between China and Japan's elementary school fine arts education ideas,to absorb the beneficial ingredients of Japan's elementary school fine arts education and to promote our country's elementary school fine arts education system.Reviewing the importance of the quality connotation and spiritual cultivation to both body and mind development,we then use our own way to spread the new aesthetic idea.This paper is aimed to find our own disadvantages and learn from their excellent experience and teaching concept through comparing and studying the fine arts education of the two countries.However,we do not blindly copy,but to create a suitable aesthetic education way and idea according to our actual situation.In this case,we can further perfect the elementary school fine arts education in our country which has a realistic significance to the development and the improvement of the elementary school fine arts education.
