On June 8,2001,the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program(Trial)"issued by the Ministry of Education pointed out:"To strengthen and promote the curriculum to meet the requirements of dfferent regions,schools and students,the implementation of national,local and school level curriculum management.Curriculum adaptability to local,school and students." With the deepening of the reform of education concept,in order to better respond to the greatness of elementary education reform,each big school has begun in the curriculum reform in our country,school-based education concept,introduced in the basic education,but in the school-based curriculum due to the management of the problems arising from the increasingly serious.For the school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum management is difficult to achieve healthy development,School-based management is the key of the school-based curriculum education idea gradually thorough,do a good job in school-based management can push forward the further development of school-based curriculum,for improving the quality of school teaching,the level of your education ideas,improve the deficiencies in the current education mode,to promote the continuous development of students' comprehensive quality has a vital role.However,for every school where school-based curriculum is carried out,it is not only the weakest link in management,but also the many problems.In the face of these problems,this paper focuses on the current situation of the development,management and evaluation of the school-based curriculum in Hunchun City,in Hunchun S Middle School to the defects of the current situation of the development of school-based curriculum has carried on the key discussion,aimed at the existing problems in the school-based curriculum management,summarizes the corresponding solution measures,and probes into the evaluation of school-based curriculum management mechanism,to hunchun S middle school scientific and effective basis for the development of school-based curriculum,and promote the development of school-based curriculum in the teaching of pilot effect,to further promote the development of school-based curriculum management in our country with the current teaching form.Based on the relevant literatures,this paper mainly uses the questionnaire survey method,the interview investigation method and the field observation method to analyze the 43 teachers of S secondary school in Hunchun City,including 12 administrative staff including the principal and the class teacher 26,after the investigation and analysis of the results of their analysis and discussion,the following conclusions:First,Hunchun S middle school in the development of school-based curriculum management,to the development of school-based curriculum management consciousness and responsibility is not clear at the same time,not combined with the practical teaching of high school,in the management of the school-based curriculum practice serious deviation from the theoretical development of school-based curriculum management.Second,Hunchun City S secondary school-based curriculum implementation management,too formal,the lack of expert guidance and the implementation of school-based curriculum supervision and management system;teachers own professional level and other factors directly affect the effectiveness of school-based curriculum.Thirdly,there is no real attention to the evaluation of school-based curriculum in the evaluation and management of school-based curriculum in Szhong school of Hunchun City.The school only focuses on the results,while ignoring the evaluation process;the school's evaluation mechanism is not perfect.First of all,the school managers and teachers need to change the school-based curriculum awareness and ideas;schools to effectively enhance the ability of teachers to develop school-based curriculum;Second,the school should make full use of the relevant departments outside the effective guidance;The school should improve the school-based curriculum implementation of the supervision and management system;strengthen and improve the overall quality of teachers;should strengthen the school's school-based curriculum evaluation of the degree of attention;Finally,the school should establish a sound school-based curriculum evaluation management mechanism.
