The teaching quality of a school depends on the overall quality of teachers in the school.It has been found that professional affection that is closely related to the professional development of teachers plays a vital role in the professional quality of teachers,and it has a great impact on the professional development.In the meantime,professional affection can enhance the development of professional knowledge,skills and behavior,promote teachers' independent growth,not only as an internal power driving the professional development of teachers,but also as the best solution to overcome the occupational burnout of teachers.Therefore,it is of great significant to study the strategies of cultivating the professional affection of teachers.This paper mainly studies the influence factors and cultivation methods of teachers7 professional affection by combining the documentary method,questionnaire survey,interview method and educational statistics.A Questionnaire on the Cultivation Strategy of Professional Affection for Primary School Teachers is compiled,with all teachers of YH School as the research objects,aiming to learn about characteristics of professional affection of primary school teachers in the current stage through individual interviews.It has been discovered that the mean value of school culture and professional affection of YH primary school is relatively high.To test the validity,questionnaire survey and interview are conducted for all teachers in CY Primary School which has a considerable scale of teachers and students.It turns out that there are significant differences in the professional affection and cultural construction between CY and YH Primary Schools,which further illustrates that the cultural construction of YH Primary School has a positive impact on the professional affection of teachers.It covers the spiritual culture,institutional culture,activity culture,interpersonal relationship culture,status of material cultural construction,and its relationship with the development of teachers' professional affection.The following three conclusions are drawn by sorting out the research results.(1)Systematic cultural construction has a positive impact on the development of teachers' professional affection.(2)Human-based cultural construction has a greater impact on teachers'professional affection than the objective cultural construction featuring materials and institutions.(3)The impact of school cultural construction on teachers' professional affection is smaller than teachers' approval of the school cultural construction.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward.To improve the professional affection of primary school teachers constantly,cultural construction covering various aspects should be accomplished;reinforce the"active" cultural construction that may triggering the spirit and thinking of teachers,such as spiritual cultural construction,activity cultural construction,and interpersonal relationship cultural construction;turn the passive guidance to be active participation,and keep improving the positive impact of cultural construction on teachers.
