| As a basic humanities subject,Chinese can help to shape the good mind and sound personality of the students.In other words,Chinese teachers need rich knowledge reserves,positive attitude to life,updated knowledge concepts and keen aesthetic ability,and can pass them on to students through effective educational methods.However,at present,many primary Chinese teachers are more and more difficult to reflect the Chinese language,one of the important reasons is that their own professionalism can not support their own education and teaching activities.Therefore,Chinese teachers need to improve their professionalism through effective ways.Teacher training is one of the important ways to improve teachers’ professional quality and promote teachers’professional growth.In order to enable the training to effectively promote the professional growth of Chinese teachers and to make the best effect of teacher training,the analysis of the training needs of the Chinese teachers is particularly important.On the one hand,the training demands of primary teachers in middle school teachers are most intense,on the other hand,all kinds of teachers’ training organized by secondary education departments in secondary schools are also the primary teachers.Therefore,accurately analyzing the training needs of primary Chinese teachers in secondary schools is helpful for making effective training strategies for middle school Chinese teachers.This paper uses the research method combining the network survey and the initial Chinese teachers’ teaching reflection log analysis to analyze the data.The purpose is to analyze the real needs of the first Chinese teachers of the first time.This article is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is a discussion on the elements of the professional accomplishment of Chinese teachers in middle school.The main basis is "the professional standard of the middle school teachers","the Chinese curriculum standard of compulsory education(2011 Edition)" and "the standard of Chinese curriculum of ordinary high school(2017 Edition)" as the main basis to clarify the professional elements of the Chinese language teachers.The elements of nutrition are professional knowledge accomplishment,professional ability accomplishment,professional affection and moral character.The second chapter is to analyze the present situation of the primary language teachers’ professional accomplishment in middle school,and find out the shortcomings in the professional accomplishment of the first Chinese teachers in middle schools,that is,the part of the first Chinese teachers in middle school should be promoted through the on-the-job training,thus the training needs of the Chinese teachers in the middle school are obtained.The third chapter is an analysis of the current situation of the training of Chinese language teachers in middle schools.Taking the five key high schools in China as an example,it is concluded that the overall training of Chinese middle school Chinese teachers has a single training form and the training content is not comprehensive.The fourth chapter,combining the training needs of the first Chinese teachers in the previous middle school,puts forward the targeted training strategies,including:training to reflect the characteristics of the Chinese subject,promoting the improvement of the professional knowledge of the Chinese teachers with the promotion of the education,the training of the competition,the training of the ability to reflect the practical ability,the development of the humanistic quality and the training of the thinking accomplishment.The project focuses on Teachers’ moral training,carries out mental health training for Chinese teachers,and focuses on training needs of teachers in different regions. |
