The Comparative Research Of Dance Sport Organizations Between Chinese And American Universities

Since the beginning of 21 st century,Under the guidance of "lifelong physical education" and "health first" College sports dance organizations are getting active.It provides a good learning platform for young sports dance enthusiasts.There are many problems in the expansion of the number and scale of the sports dance organizations in colleges and universities.This paper adopts the researching methods of Literature Study,Interviews Contrastive Analysis and Mathematical Statistics.The sports dance organization of 5 colleges in China and the United States is selected as the object of study,Interviews with 20 organization leaders,A questionnaire survey was conducted among 100 members of China and the United States,through the use of comparative analysis method to study the operation of the two societies,The main results were as follows:(1)students manage themselves in American.The functional division of American sport dance is more uniform,easy to management,Chinese organizations in accordance with specific conditions.(2)For members of the organization,Chinese college dance sports organizations just recruit students in their college,easy to management.(3)While American sports dance organizations provide a platform for all enthusiasts,management is more difficult.(4)For the organization funding,the Chinese organizations depend on a single source of income,mainly for course fees.Except tuition fees,American organizations access to alumni funding,competition income,business sponsorship,and it has club operating characteristics.(5)The Chinese dance sports organize competition activities less than American's.(6)The effect of Internet information of American ' s organizations is better than Chinese's.
