In order to effectively reduce the academic burden on students,promote all-round development of students,improve the overall quality of education level of adolescents,and parents can not solve the afternoon pick up students after 3:30practical difficulties,January 14,2014,notice of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission of Beijing Municipal Education Commission on the implementation of the extracurricular activities in primary and middle school planning stage of compulsory education and school requirements: the county of Beijing City Art from Monday to Friday afternoon at 3:30 to 5 extra time arrangements,sports,science and technology and other forms of community activities,not less than 3 days a week,not less than 1 hours a day.In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,interviews and other methods,the status and Countermeasures of the implementation of the class hour sports activities as the research object,based on Beijing Chaoyang District In The Balizhuang'primary school students,coaches and teachers and School of investigation,the person in charge of the interview,and effectively grasp the implementation of Beijing Chaoyang District In The Balizhuang "after an hour" sports activities,to find out some problems in the process and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.At the same time as the Beijing city schools to better carry out after one hour sports activities to provide the reference.The research draws the following conclusions:1.9 primary school in Blizhuang districts have been carried out “after an hour ”sports activities,the overall situation is good,but the individual school not too optimistic.The village in eight districts" after one hour sports activities of the organization mainly according to the students interest and class to carry out;carry out projects mainly focus on sports,dance,aerobics,athletics,martial arts and other projects;carry out the "an hour after" the frequency of physical activity is 2-3 times a week,every day to ensure that the activity time in an hour.2.From the school,the school leadership attaches great importance to the class hour sports level to be improved;"after an hour" sports publicity is not in place,confined to the school teacher's oral propaganda;lack of facilities and teachers to limit the number of sports to carry out,can not fully meet the needs of the students;the sports funds safeguard mechanism;supervision and safety needs to be improved.3.On the side of the students,eight students for the school district in the village after one hour sports activities like a higher degree;students to participate inafter-school hour sports activities motivation is mainly reflected in hobbies,physical fitness,alleviate the pressure of study,but the cognition for after-school sports activities for one hour to be low strengthen the coaches;for general satisfaction.4.In the coach team,eight in the village school coaches the overall structure tend to be younger,a high proportion of part-time coaches team;mainly to students,teaching experience,teaching level needs to be improved,and the coaches have greater mobility,more frequent replacement;the lack of evaluation standard of coaches.
