Thailand is one of the countries where a majority of people study Chinese in the world,and high school students are the main force to learn Chinese in Thailand.Phonetic spelling is the foundation of language study and the key to it.Different mistakes are frequently arised when students study Chinese.If this can not be effectively corrected,their interests of learning Chinese and initiative even the confidence will get damped.Follow-up learning phase will be influenced either such as vocabulary and grammar.Therefore,The first level of preparation is to seek for factors which affect students to study Chinese phonetics and relevant methods of teaching and learning.The solution to the problem of pronunciation teaching is not only benefical to improve Chinese teaching quality in Thailand,but also the perfection of teaching materials in Thai version,and this efficiently promotes the communication and development of Chinese in Thailand.To explore and solve problems emerged when middle school students learn Chinese phonetics,author ended ahead of first-line depth of Chinese education in Thailand from multi angles,to analyze similarities and differences in phonetic system between the two countries by theory and phonetic test,and author hope to get effective strategies of correcting Chinese phonetic study errors in Chinese teaching practice.This article adopts the theory of comparative analysis to solve problems in phonetic system between two countries,the test method of sound recognition based on inter-language theory,and the contrastive study on frequent mistakes when middle school students study Chinese phonetics from in the perspective of acoustics and phonetics.Firstly,author gives detailed account and theoretical comparison to initial consonant,compound vowel and tone between two countries,and takes high school students in Nakhon Sawan for example.Author's analyze is based on 10 month teaching practice on students' voice sampling,Speech spectrogram made by praat,and basic theories such as phonetics,Krashen's second Language Acquisition Theory,S.PCorder's Error analysis theory and R.Lado's Contrastive linguistic analysis.This article explains the error phenomenon and reason of high school students' Chinese phonetic learning and rethinks it profoundly.At last,the text gives corresponding solutions.With the theory to guide and the practice to support,and the research spectrogram basis of acoustics and phonetics,this article can not only extensively explore the reason and process of error generation,but aslo can find difference on place and type of articulation in a more intuitive and scientific way by data comparison. |
