With the rapid development of information technology,micro-video-based flip classroom quietly walked into the university classroom.Flip the classroom is a new form of teaching,it is micro-video as the main teaching tools,students with micro-video for pre-class self-study,teachers instructed the individual,subversion of the traditional teaching process,reflecting the student’s subject Sex.This new teaching form is in line with the goal of personnel education in university education,and it has a good effect on the reform of physical education in the school.Compared with the traditional teaching form,it is more in line with the trend of school education and teaching reform under the present age.In this paper,the application effect of flip classroom in the teaching of college sports dance is taken as the research object,and the scientific research methods such as literature data,investigation method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method are studied deeply.First of all,in China know online access to a large number of literature,domestic and foreign overturned classroom research carried out effectively.Secondly,in the college sports dance teaching to start the teaching practice of the classroom,select the two classes of students to start a nine-week experimental teaching.Finally,through the analysis of the experimental results,it proves the positive effect of the flip classroom in the teaching of sports dance.Therefore,the conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the experimental class students’ sports dance technical performance is significantly higher than the control class students sports dance technical performance,experimental class students attending attitude than the control class students exercise attitude,indicating that the effect of teaching over the classroom teaching effect,flip the classroom Applicable to College Sports Dance Teaching.Second,the teacher pre-class teaching content micro-video,help students to study under the class,a faster grasp of the skills learned,an increase of students in class and practice the number of sports dance.At the same time,in the classroom students to study the group,is conducive to students to better develop the ability and potential,so as to enhance students’ self-confidence.Thirdly,the application of the classroom in the teaching of sports dance can improve the students’ interest in the study of sports dance,and the students’ self-learning ability and the students’ cooperativelearning ability have been improved,so that the subjectivity of the students has been greatly improved.Improve the efficiency and quality of teaching.Fourthly,the teaching of sports dancing in the classroom is related to the teaching of sports dance in the traditional classroom,which increases the connection between teachers and students,students and students,which is conducive to the formation of good interpersonal relationship,so as to promote the development of students’ physical and mental health.
