With the deep reform of sports education in college and university,we have achieved a lot.But at the same time,there are also a lot of problems.Generally speaking,we haven't gone to the goal of "to develop the strong points and avoid the weak points".As a result,this paper aims to analysis of the teaching material of Wushu through the goal of sports reform.By the systematically reviewing the “to develop the strong points”and “to avoid weak points”in teaching material of Wushu in college,author hope it will provide us with a theoretical guidance of Wushu teaching in colleges and universities.Wushu plays an important role in the field of sports science to develop and cultivate traditional Chinese sports culture.How to place its position in the university sports culture;how to further integrate and supply traditional Wushu culture and modern sports;how to inherit its essence and abandon dross;how to reasonably choose Colleges and universities to promote Wushu education to benefit total Wushu career in development routines are core issue that are worthy being focused by all modern Chinese colleges and universities.Teaching materials is the fundamental to study and teach for both students and teachers,which guarantees the high-quality of teaching.We can draw the process of teaching development from the contents of teaching materials.The paper focuses on analyze the issues by studying documents,interviewing experts,taking statistics and logic to link with authors,teachers and students of Wushu materials.By analysis of the construction of Wushu development,the paper aim to expose the issues of Wushu development.There are 6 versions Wushu teaching materials since 1949,which developed through early,medium and mature period.From them,we can discover their common drawbacks which mainly are that skills are not terse and exact;routines are too many,Wushu culture is missing and Wushu building can't keep up with the era.As the treasure of Chinese nation,how to inherit and develop Wushu to suit the policies of soft power of Chinese Culture is a issue needed thinking by us.
