With the compulsory education curriculum reform deepening advancing with vigour and vitality classroom teaching reform,a series of optimization of teaching model has been put forward and the promotion,teacher centered classroom teaching mode to be reversed.However,another round of curriculum reform is to extend to the tentacles of the children of migrant workers to the school,as well as other schools this study was with vigour and vitality?Based on hierarchical teaching theory,curriculum standards as a guide,study a year for a grade eight school children of migrant workers in Hangzhou economic and Technological Development Zone,two classes,aims to study the following four problems:(1)The current junior high school mathematics learning situation?(2)How to develop junior middle school mathematics class "stratified teaching?(3)To carry out" walking class system "teaching whether have a positive impact on students' learning and improving the quality of teaching?(4)"Walking class system" hierarchical teaching to the old what are the implications of the division?By the experimental method,questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods,qualitative and quantitative analysis,explore that the children of migrant workers in junior middle school mathematics "walking class system" layered teaching implementation strategies based on analysis.In the experiment,the changes of junior high school mathematics teaching quality and students' mathematics learning after the experiment."Walking class system" stratified teaching students stratified grouping,hierarchical teaching objectives,class stratification,operation and evaluation classification of five aspects,to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching and to enhance teachers' occupation,sense of achievement,and promote professional development of teachers."Going to class”stratified teaching is conducive to achieving individualized development of students,different children get different development,is conducive to improving students' interest in learning mathematics,and enhance confidence in learning mathematics.
