In order to gear the world, the future, and modernization, ideological and political education development is necessary. Service-Learning, which is originated from, developed and mature in the United States, is agreed with the "three-oriented"trend of ideological and political education development. This method has been generally accepted and employed by other countries and regions, such as Britain,France, Canada, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. This work is focused on analysis of service learning from the teaching curriculum perspective. Service learning is a financial student learning orientation, school education orientation, social needs orientation as one of the education and teaching courses, which not only can serve as a college student professional curriculum teaching carrier,combined with the formation of professional education learning courses; but also as the way to improve the overall quality of college students as the goal of non-professional service learning courses. Practicality, its basic characteristics exhibit as autonomy, reflection,reciprocity, development, creativity, in which reciprocity is the fundamental feature.In order to understand and grasp the service learning and development of the most perfect national service learning,this article investigated the United States service learning from the teaching objectives, teaching classification, teaching organization,teaching evaluation and development process,which plays an important role in our work.Whether Service-Learning can be applied into our university or not is an inevitable problem. Service-Learning is applied to practical teaching system, which is widely employed as a prevailing teaching initiative for foreign universities. The service learning is a practical teaching method about ideological and political theory course. The service learning is confirmed to the trend of education development,which is chosen as Chinese characteristics. This service learning is not only conducive to the realization of social teaching resources in the ideological and political theory course effective utilization, but also can solve the issue that ideological and political theory teaching is difficult to organize, normalization and realize. With respecting to the existing practice of ideological and political course teaching methods, service-learning implements the transition of teaching the subject from "him" to the "me" identity transformation. The teaching process of practice converts from a one-time activity, practice to the ongoing activity. Teaching management transmits from a single-way management to jointly management. The practice of teaching evaluation become from one-dimensional evaluation to the two-dimensional evaluation.It is based on the objective needs of the development of ideological and political education, and guides them from the teaching in the third, fourth and fifth chapters respectively. The "booster" Organization: the implementation of the service learning course "in the field"; system support: service learning curriculum development"sustainable" and elaborate. The practice cases are employed to each chapter to elaborate our opinions. Therefore, this curriculum can efficient promote the development of ideological and political education.
