Research discussesed the sports on the influence of emotional intelligence and coping styles of college students,as well as the relations between and among,the purpose was to provide theoretical basis for the mental health of college students.Study selected college students as the research object,adopted the psychological test method and experimental method,using the emotional intelligence scale and the college students' coping styles scale as the research material,through a structural equation model and statistical method of single factor analysis of variance to handle all the data.Results showed that the emotional intelligence of four subscales score and the score of scale,sports group were significantly higher than sedentary exercise less,and coping styles of three dimension score,sports group were significantly higher than sedentary exercise less;Emotional intelligence subscales A whether in sports activities and emotional orientation and avoid the role of the intermediary variable between orientation;After 3 months of sports intervention,students' emotional intelligence subscales: type A,B,and the change of the total score significantly,coping style scale problem orientation and avoid orientation change were significant.Conclusion: long-term regular exercise of college students,and its overall level of emotional intelligence and coping style is better than long-term sedentary exercise less college students;Long-term regular exercise,not only can directly promote the level of emotional intelligence and coping styles of college students,and can be controlled by individual perception and appraisal of the emotional intelligence of intermediary role,to make college students more less emotional orientation and avoid orientation approach;3 months of regular sports,can effectively improve the overall level of emotional intelligence of college students.3 months of regular sports,can be the coping styles of college students have become more active.
