With the educational system in China entering the post-curriculum reform period,the core competence of Chinese students has become a new way of discourse.Consequently,the Chinese language education has shifted from "Chinese accomplishment" to "Chinese core accomplishment".The "Chinese core literacy",as its name indicates,is the basic knowledge,the key competences and the essential characters obtained through the study of Chinese language to adapt to the social future development as well as the lifelong learning.The core of Chinese literacy is not just to lower the level,by cutting out the superfluous.It is a higher pursuit,with the characteristics of times,foundation,development and nationality,which involves the establishment and use of language,the development of thinking,the aesthetic appreciation and creation and the heritage understanding of the culture.At present,the domestic scholars and experts express their ideas from various aspects on the core literacy of the Chinese language,making the concept of it gradually clear.Nevertheless,the study on the way to achieve the goal is still in fragments.On the basis of previous research results and practical experience,this paper tries to make a systematic research and demonstration on the way to achieve the goal of cultivating the core literacy of the Chinese Ministry of education.Based on the four-level training goal of Chinese core literacy achievement this paper will try to clarify four point views,which correspond to four chapters of the article: the first chapter,based on the "Chinese",rooted in Chinese language,is about teachers to guide students to language knowledge accumulation,and the accomplishment of language construction through the language system,and the ability to employ the three aspects of language to explore the way how a language is constructed and practiced;the second chapter,which is about the understanding of "speech",and the formation of free thinking,tries to to break the shackles of previous exam-oriented education by observing,imagination,questioning,and criticizing,accomplishing the development and promotion of thinking.In the third chapter,the author discusses how to achieve the goal of "aesthetic appreciation and creation" from the following aspects: the infiltration of literature and the cultivation of poetic life.The fourth chapter,is about getting close to the "culture" and the construction of spiritual home.This paper argues that cultural learning should be focusing on students' spiritual upbringing.Therefore,in this chapter,I would like to,to discuss the building of spiritual home and the cultural construction of the students from the perspective of inheritance and foreign cultural essence of Chinese traditional culture.In addition,the introduction of the article describes the reasons and research value of the thesis.In the part of literature review,the author makes a brief review of the research results of "core literacy" and "Chinese core literacy".
