Tibetan education is an important part of our country minority nationality education.It charged with the important task to develop the economic and social,culture in Tibet.It also takes to promote national unity and safeguard the motherland's reunification task.Due to Tibetan geographical location,history and culture,the modern education started late and foundation is poor,the teaching level and quality to be further improved in Tibet.The present situation Tibetan education,require it develop from basic education and to promote compulsory education.In the context of promoting quality education across our country,Tibet begun to implement the new curriculum reform in middle school from 2005 autumn,because influenced by the traditional exam-oriented education,so there are some problems and difficulties in the implementation of the new curriculum reform process.The study of Tibetan junior high school mathematics teaching is helpful to improve the teaching level and quality of fundamental education,and it will be help to promote the new curriculum reform in the basic education stage in Tibet.In order to study the situation of Junior high school mathematics teaching in Tibet,the author sort out the relevant research literature about mathematics teaching.The teaching as a dynamic system,in accordance with the constituent elements of the system,using the hierarchy of teaching elements,choose the teachers and students as the research object from four middle schools in Lhoka Prefecture.Through questionnaires,classroom observation,case analysis.Study present situation in Tibet middle school mathematics teaching from teaching elements(teachers,students,teaching materials),teaching operation factor(teaching purposes,teaching methods,teaching content,teaching media,teaching evaluation),teaching environmental factors(physical environment and human environment).The results show that the mathematics teaching overall level is not high and the effect is not good teaching,Affected by the traditional exam-oriented education in the usual process of teaching,the implementation of the new curriculum is not ideal.Finally,according to traditional education,educational psychology,full-time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards(2011Edition)and other relevant content,respectively,elements from teaching middle school mathematics teaching in Tibet put forward proposals for reform in the teaching process to run elements,elements of teaching and learning environment.
