Nowadays, the fundamental education curriculum reform is being implemented throughout the country, but the unique connotations and problems of curriculum reform in rural primary schools and middle schools have been neglected purposely or involuntarily. To tell the truth, at the present, there are still varieties of difficulties and problems in the course of rural fundamental education curriculum reform. If the difficulties and problems in the rural fundamental education curriculum implementation can't be solved completely, the new round of the fundamental education curriculum reform can't improve rural fundamental education at all, instead, it may make rural fundamental education more behindhand and be all adrift.Therefore, this dissertation selects ZT Primary School and AY Junior High School in the north of Jiangsu Province as a research example. And the dissertation analyzes the difficulties, problems and reasons in the rural fundamental education curriculum implementation through documents, interviews, questionnaires and observations. Then the dissertation describes the features of the ideal rural fundamental education curriculum. And then the remedies of rural fundamental education curricula are put forward. Of course, the rural fundamental education curriculum implementation is very complicated and it is closely connected with many other factors of society. Therefore, the remedies of rural fundamental education curricula won't be realized in a short period.
