Teacher's professional development has now become the world's attention and an education hot topic in China. It is also one of the realistic need and the future development direction in teacher's education. Under the background of our country's basic education curriculum reform, the information technology high school teachers, who are most closely connected with the new technology, new idea, shoulder the burden of information technology education informative. Thus, their professional development becomes especially important. But under the background of new curriculum reform, teaching itself is a job with great pressure, information technology teachers face more and more students with individual differences, more and more channels for the students to get information, higher and higher degree of all kinds of complex teaching tasks, excessively high social expectations, school rigid system, etc. Thus, job burnout can appear as time passes.Teacher job burnout doesn't have a publicly accepted definition, but all the consensus researchers have basically formed is that teacher job burnout is a negative response of working under great work pressure in the long run. The study also shows that Teacher job burnout has become a serious problem. It not only affects every individual teacher's physical and mental health, quality of life, but also the development of all the teachers and students. Even worse, it directly affects our country's education development. Therefore, a clear understanding of the characteristics and complex cause about teacher job burnout has become an urgent problem to be solved, to help all the teachers to relieve or eliminate job burnout.The purpose of this study is to take high school information technology teacher as an example to show the theme of teacher job burnout, to pay further attention to high school information technology teacher professional development. Though questionnaire and interview, we have understood the present situation of information technology teacher job burnout with a focus on the status and characteristics of the following three problems:(1) The overall situation and difference comparing in variable of different background, as well as the influence on teacher professional development; (2) The fonming process, characteristic and influencing factors of high school information technology teacher job burnout;(3)The solutions of teacher job burnout.Around this research topic, this thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter, introduction. We expound the following aspects:topic selection, significance, purpose, method and line design. In the environment about current education reform, teacher job burnout has produced a certain negative impact on teacher professional development students,schools and education career. This paper tries to theoretically comb relevant research achievements of carding, enrich teacher job burnout theory research connotation in our country. In practice, it mainly is to improve present situation about teacher job burnout, and provides theoretical basis for teachers and related departments to understand job burnout, and explains the necessities of the study about IT teacher job burnout in high school.The second chapter, concept definition and related research. This paper studies the basic theory, the related cultural theories. Related teacher professional development theory and related information technology education theory of teacher job burnout from different angels.The third chapter, investigations of information technology high school teacher job burnout. This chapter mainly through a survey among many high school information teachers in Shanxi and Shanxi two areas to understand the overall level and differences of teacher job burnout. We also make a corresponding questionnaire survey among students to understanding IT teacher job burnout present conditions and to get a further understanding of teacher professional development impact.The fourth chapter, the present situation and the influence of job burnout on teacher professional development. This chapter basically studies three high school teachers, using typical interview method. Meanwhile, analyzes the formation characteristic, the reason and influence factors of teacher job burnout.The fifth chapter, some relief strategy and solutions of high school information technology causes of teacher job burnout, we put forward some efficient relief strategy to solve this problem from the following three aspects external environment——social, school and internal factors—individual teacher.The sixth chapter, conclusions and reflection. This paper summarizes and the research and reflects the problem existing in the research.
