The rapid development of new media has changed the social structure and the ed ucation model in whole world,and also changed the human behavior and the way of t hinking.In the present work,the use of documentary method,questionnaires and interview of infant from 0 to 6 years conducted a survey of the current situation of the use of new media,summarized the problems when they use the new media,analyzed the causes of them,and gives educational advices.The paper basic structure is as follows:Part One: Problem introduction.This study mainly elaborated the background,significance,the related literature reviews and research methods of 0-6 year old children using new media.In the background of Low-age trend in using new media with information era coming,the research significance of the current condition of 0-6year old children using new media was pointed out,the relevant literature overview and conceptual definition were finished through the use of new media for young children,and the research methods was illustrated concisely.Part Two: Status of infants using new media.The work mainly surveyed four dimensions,including infants having new media equipment,the status of infants using them,adult awareness and guidance on the use of new media for infants.In terms of using new media equipment by infants,two aspects both using new media equipment by infants and using new media equipment functions were investigated,according to three dimensions including the length of using time,frequency,and how to use.In the aspect of adult knowledge,tree directions containing attitude,goals and influence of new media to infants,have been given.While in the aspect of instruction,adult guiding attitude and confusion were the main point to elaborate.Part three: The problems and cause analysis of infants using new media.The article mainly elaborates the specific problems of infants using new media in two normal places both family and kindergarten,and analyzes the reasons.Part Four: Educational advices.From four levels of the family,kindergarten,government and society,the practical education recommendations of infants using new media were put forward.
