With the development of economy,China is attracting more and more attention from the world.Art is an important manifestation of national customs and cultural inheritance.In the international art exhibition,China's traditional cultural projects such as paper cutting,ceramics,wood carvings,stone carving and are arousing so great repercussions;China's traditional art has become the carrier for world's understanding of China.However,with the change of the times,the impact of foreign culture and the impact of traditional Chinese folk art are becoming increasingly declining or even die.The new curriculum standards require the fine art courses to carry on the inheritance of the folk art and guide the students to love the outstanding culture in our motherland.Therefore,as art teachers,we should focus on folk art resources and art class integration and development,besides;they have a positive effect on the development of folk art for local economic construction and spiritual civilization too.Based on the basic idea of traditional culture inheritance in the new curriculum standard,so this paper firstly analyzes the current research situation and points out the significance of the integration and development of folk art with middle school art classroom under the new curriculum concept.Then,the paper studies the art curriculum resources and the types,development status and existing problems of folk art curriculum resources in Fuyang City by means of literature research,questionnaires and object interviews.Thirdly,the status quo of the middle school fine arts classroom under the new curriculum concept is analyzed by means of questionnaire,interviewing and network retrieval.The changes of the teaching mode under the new curriculum concept are summarized.It is based on the author's own teaching experience and a large number of materials and also based on the new curriculum concept of folk art resources and secondary school art classroom fusion principles and implementation steps.Finally,the author chooses local folk papercutting and painted pottery as the representatives,designing the teaching case,examining the effect of folk art resources and art classroom fusion and development through practice teaching,and analyzing the experience.The research of this subject integrates the folk art resources into the art classroom under the new curriculum idea,which is beneficial to the promotion of the fine arts foundation in basic education,the inheritance of the national culture and the diversification of art.
