With the accelerating process of globalization,Chinese native culture is heavily impacted by exotic culture.Some children know Christmas,but have no idea of the Lantern Festival.Some of them know what the hamburger is,but are insensible of the flower bun.There are also children who are familiar with Totoro,but are ignorant of Great Sage Equal of Heaven.Foreign culture establishes a presence in China and also makes the traditional folk culture of the Chinese nation gradually fade away from our memory.To carry forward the traditional folk culture of the Chinese nation is one of the important tasks nowadays.The national self-confidence must rely on cultural confidence.Therefore,it is of great importance to cultivate children's sense of identity with folk culture.Kindergarten curriculum is one of the important ways to boost cognitive development and foster emotional feeling of infants.Curriculum resource development is the important prerequisite and guarantee for the kindergarten curriculum implementation.The infants' identification with folk culture will be affected by the exploitation of curriculum resources about folk culture.Therefore,the development of kindergarten curriculum of the folk culture allows of no delay.The Chinese folk culture has a long-standing history and profound heritage.As a shining pearl in the folk culture,the shadow play of Shanxi is gradually fading.Because of its profound cultural essence and connotations,the educational value of Shanxi shadow play should not be ignored.Therefore,the exploitation of Shanxi shadow play as a course resource not only can enrich the contents of kindergarten courses and cultivate infants' identification of folk culture,but also can serve as a local characteristic course so as to inherit and carry forward local culture.This research takes Shanxi shadow play for example to illustrate the value of Shanxi shadow play in the light of the folklore theory,the school-based curriculum resources analysis,cultural pedagogy and life education theory.Based on interview method,collection and analysis of material object and observation,the research chooses a kindergarten in Taiyuan as the research object to make an in-depth investigation of the relevant concepts,value,goal,content and approaches of the development of kindergarten curriculum resources,and to further analyze the factors that influence the development of kindergarten curriculum of folk culture from the perspective of situation theory of school-based curriculum.Through investigation,it is found that the existing problems are as follows:Kindergarten teachers do not have a clear understanding on the relevant concepts,value and objectives of curriculum resource development.The content of curriculum resources development is not systematic or multivariant.It is mistakenly believed that the teaching material is the only content and path of curriculum development.The curriculum field is single and the environmental resource is not popularized and do not penetrate comprehensively.It is also pointed that the single way to develop curriculum resources,the lack of interesting and systematic development of kindergarten resources,and teachers' neglect of children's actual situation make it worse.Besides,parents' power and community resources are not fully utilized.Therefore,the author puts forward some specific strategies and suggestions,for example,to establish development concept and well define the objectives of curriculum resources.It is also advised to enrich the content,broaden the approach and improve teachers' quality of curriculum development,which also need the strong attention from government and society.
