The Implementation of the New Basic Education Curriculum Reform will put the development and utilization of curriculum resources to an important position.A series of theoretical research and practice by educators show that:Without extensive support for course resources,curriculum reform will mean nothing.The development and utilization of curriculum resources is directly related to the achievement of the new curriculum objectives.Schwabe,a famous American curriculum expert said,the course is consisted of four elements,they are the teacher,the student,the teaching material and the environment.The teaching material is the organic part of the course.The teacher is the coordinator of the teaching material and the student.The teacher is the key member of the curriculum development.And the teachers' own knowledge,experience and personality traits are important material resources in curriculum resources,which can be an important supplement to teaching materials.Therefore,the teacher is an important curriculum resource.The particularity of the discipline of high school ideological and political course determines its rich curriculum resources,and the unique significance of the development of teacher resources.Although the research of curriculum resources is very productive,the role of teachers is also paid attention to in many studies,the development and utilization of teachers' resources as a separate research perspective has not attracted enough attention from the researchers.Exploring the development and utilization of teacher resources from the perspective of disciplines has to strengthen.Therefore,this study clarifies the relevant concepts in theory,emphasizes the significance of the development and utilization of teachers 'resources in high school ideological and political education,and explores the relevant path of effective development of teachers' resources in practice,hoping to reform the ideological and political curriculum research played the role of initiate.The research methods involved in this study are literature research and practice investigation,interview.And it is divided into five parts:The first part,combing the relevant concepts.To clarify the concept of resources,curriculum resources,and teachers' resources by collating literature.And then analyzing the characteristics of teachers' resources in ideological and political schools in senior high school on the basis of conceptual definition,which has a strong moral color,distinctive uniqueness and renewable.The second part,analyzing the theoretical basis of the development and utilization of teachers' resources in high schoo]ideologica]and political course from the perspective of theory.It mainly includes human resources theory,demand hierarchy theory and human comprehensive development theory.The third part,discussing the significance of the development and utilization of teachers' resources in high school ideological and political education,which is mainly reflected in the political curriculum of high school and the political teachers in high school.For the high school political curriculum,promoting the implementation of the new curriculum reform by enriching the curriculum resources and giving full play to the status of students to implement the requirements of the new curriculum reform.At the same time,it is necessary to change the status of knowledge transmission in high school ideological and political course to highlight its moral value.For high school political teachers,improving the quality of teachers to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students.In the fourth part,summarizing the present situation of the development and utilization of teachers' resources in senior high school,and then analyzing its reasons.Here are several points:teachers do not pay attention to their value of curriculum resources;under the examination system teachers ignore the development and utilization of curriculum;teachers living conditions are not conducive to encourage teachers to play subjective initiative;teachers do not have a strong training education.In the fifth part,finding out the strategies of teachers 'resources development and utilization in senior high school:Teachers should change their ideas and improve their initiative;Trying to change the living conditions of teachers and perfect the incentive mechanism.Creating a good campus atmosphere to develop teachers' resources.The government pay attention to the education and training work.This part mainly provides some reference for improving the development and utilization of teachers'resources.This study is only a preliminary discussion,there are still a lot of work to do,sincerely hope to be criticized and corrected from the professional experts,scholars and colleagues.
